Hubungan Konsumsi Sayur, Konsumsi Buah Dan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Tingkat Stres Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi sayur, konsumsi buah dan aktivitas fisik dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian observasional analitik menggunakan rancangan cross sectional, dimana variabel bebas (konsumsi sayur, konsumsi buah dan aktivitas fisik) dan variabel terikat (Tingkat stres). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dengan menggunakan instrumen Semi Quantitatif Food Frekuensi Questionaire (SQ-FFQ), Perceived Stres Scale (PSS), dan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsumsi sayur dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p sebesar 1,956 > 0,005. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsumsi buah dengan tingat stres pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p 0,140 > 0,005. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Universitas Teuku Umar dengan nilai p 0,049 < 0,005.
