Pematuhan Kesantunan dalam Kanal Animasi Santoon TV di Youtube

Abstract
Kesantunan berbahasa yang dilakukan akan menciptakan komunikasi yang baik antarpenutur. Kesantunan bisa diartikan menjadi cara berbahasa dengan tujuan mendekatkan jarak sosial yang akan menciptakan kedekatan emosi antara penutur dengan mitra tuturnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil pematuhan kesantunan dalam kanal animasi Santoon TV di youtube. Data yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan yang mengandung pematuhan kesantunan berbahasa dengan memperhatikan enam prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang dikemukakan oleh Leech. Keenam maksim itu yakni maksim kebijaksanaan, kedermawanan, penghargaan, kesederhanaan, permufakatan, dan kesimpatisan. Berdasarkan data tuturan pematuhan prinsip kesantunan dalam kanal animasi Santoon TV di youtube ditemukan 10 tuturan realisasi maksim kebijaksanaan, 6 tuturan realisasi maksim kedermawanan, 13 tuturan realisasi maksim penghargaan, 3 tuturan realisasi maksim kerendahan hati, 11 tuturan realisasi maksim permufakatan, dan 7 tuturan realisasi maksim kesimpatisan. Total realisasi pematuhan prinsip kesantunan dalam berjumlah 50 tuturan. Pematuhan kesantunan berbahasa yang paling banyak ditemukan dalam kanal animasi Santoon TV di youtube adalah maksim penghargaan.
