Kurikulum merdeka belajar merupakan langkah pemerintah untuk mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkarakter profil pelajar pancasila. Penanaman pendidikan karakter dapat dilaksanakan dengan mengintregasikan budaya kearifan lokal yang terdapat di dalam sebuah komunitas masyarakat tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) berbasis kearifan lokal di UPT SDN 3 Sangalla Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam penerapan P5 di UPT SDN 3 Sangalla Utara yaitu; 1) pembelajaran berbasis proyek, 2) kegiatan diskusi dan refleksi, 3) pemanfaatan teknologi, dan 4) kolaborasi dengan masyarakat lokal.
