Implikatur Tindak Tutur Pemandu dengan Wisatawan Museum Sejarah Jakarta: Kajian Pragmatik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis implikatur dalam tindak tutur ilokusi pemandu dengan wisatawan Museum Sejarah Jakarta. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan, metode yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan teori implikatur dan tindak tutur ilokusi George Yule. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini, berupa rekaman audio yang berisi tuturan pemandu dengan wisatawan pada saat berlangsungnya layanan pemanduan. Rekaman audio di transkripsi dengan teknik simak catat, kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis implikatur dan tindak tutur ilokusi. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini berupa jenis implikatur dalam tindak tutur ilokusi pemandu dengan wisatawan Museum Sejarah Jakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa; terdapat lima belas data tindak tutur ilokusi yang berupa; tindak tutur ilokusi representatif, tindak tutur ilokusi direktif, tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif, tindak tutur ilokusi komisif, tindak tutur ilokusi deklarasi, dan lima belas data tersebut terdapat implikatur yang berupa; implikatur percakapan umum, implikatur percakapan khusus, implikatur percakapan berskala dan implikatur konvensional. Jenis tersebut menunjukkan variasi tuturan yang digunakan oleh pemandu dalam layanan pemanduan museum.
