Tingkat Literasi Digital: Kemampuan Mahasiswa dalam Menganalisis Berita Hoaks

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital mahasiswa dalam menganalisis berita hoaks berada pada kategori menengah hingga tinggi. Mahasiswa umumnya sudah memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang literasi digital, seperti kemampuan mengenali sumber informasi yang kredibel, memahami cara verifikasi informasi, dan penggunaan media sosial dengan lebih bijak. Namun, masih terdapat sebagian mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi berita hoaks secara cepat dan tepat.
