Kebutuhan Bahan Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Membaca untuk Pemelajar BIPA di Bali

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kebutuhan materi, bahan, dan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam mengembangkan instrumen tes membaca bagi pemelajar BIPA di Bali yang memiliki tujuan komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemelajar BIPA di dua lembaga penyelenggara BIPA di Bali. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemelajar BIPA lebih tertarik pada bahan bacaan bertopik budaya lokal, khususnya budaya Bali, yang disajikan dalam bentuk teks atau pesan sederhana. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa topik budaya lokal yang dikemas dalam bentuk bacaan komunikatif dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pengembangan instrumen tes membaca bagi pemelajar BIPA dengan tujuan komunikasi.
