Transitivitas dalam Hipnoterapi untuk Manajemen Stres: Kajian Linguistik Sistemik Fungsional

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menampilkan gambaran distribusi pola transitivitas dalam skrip hipnoterapi untuk manajemen stres dan menjelaskan bagaimana struktur linguistik tersebut mendukung tujuan terapeutik. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menguraikan transitivitas yang terdapat dalam skrip hipnoterapi untuk manajemen stres. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari berbagai sumber dan diperoleh tiga skrip hipnoterapi untuk manajemen stres. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Teknik analisis unsur langsung pada setiap tuturan dalam skrip induksi hipnoterapi dengan analisis transitivitas linguistik fungsional sistemik yang dikemukakan Halliday (2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skrip hipnoterapi untuk manajemen stres didominasi oleh proses mental (77%) dan sirkumstansi location, khususnya time (33%) dan place (29%). Dominasi proses mental mengindikasikan fokus utama terapis untuk mengarahkan pengalaman internal subjek (perasaan, pikiran, persepsi) untuk memfasilitasi perubahan pola pikir dan respons emosional dalam mengatasi stres. Sementara itu, dominasi sirkumstansi time dan place menekankan kapan dan di mana subjek harus mengaplikasikan sugesti. Hal ini dapat membantu subjek untuk membentuk visualisasi yang jelas dan konteks yang sesuai untuk efektivitas terapi.
