Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permainan congklak sebagai media pembelajaran operasi hitung berbasis etnomatematika di sekolah dasar. Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan sintesis naratif, dikaji 30 artikel terbitan 2020–2025. Analisis didasarkan pada teori Etnomatematika D’Ambrosio, teori belajar Bruner, dan konstruktivisme sosial Vygotsky. Hasil menunjukkan congklak efektif merepresentasikan operasi dasar matematika serta nilai karakter melalui aktivitas konkret yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Permainan ini membantu siswa memahami konsep secara bertahap dari enaktif ke simbolik, sekaligus melestarikan nilai budaya lokal. Kajian Kajian merekomendasikan pengembangan model pembelajaran congklak berbasis inovasi dan pengujian empiris di kelas untuk menilai dampaknya terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika dan pembentukan karakter siswa.
