Kecemasan Matematika (Mathematics Anxiety/MA) telah lama menjadi fokus kajian dalam psikologi pendidikan dan ilmu kognitif, namun pengembangan teoretis dan pemetaan empirisnya masih bersifat terfragmentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis tren penelitian global tentang MA melalui pendekatan gabungan antara Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) dan Analisis Bibliometrik, dengan menyoroti perkembangan konseptual, evolusi metodologis, serta arah penelitian masa depan. Berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA 2020, sebanyak 1.836 dokumen terindeks Scopus yang memuat istilah “Mathematics Anxiety” pada judul, abstrak, atau kata kunci (2009–2025) dikumpulkan. Setelah proses penyaringan dan seleksi kelayakan, diperoleh 246 artikel jurnal peer-reviewed untuk dianalisis. Perangkat lunak VOSviewer digunakan untuk pemetaan bibliometrik, visualisasi jejaring kolaborasi penulis, dan analisis keterkaitan kata kunci. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan publikasi terkait MA setelah 2019, menandakan perhatian global yang semakin besar terhadap isu ini. Analisis mengungkap empat klaster utama penelitian, yaitu: (1) perbedaan gender dan faktor afektif; (2) pendekatan pembelajaran dan keterlibatan belajar; (3) proses kognitif, afektif, dan metakognitif; serta (4) pengaruh kontekstual seperti pembelajaran digital dan kecerdasan buatan. Amerika Serikat, Inggris, dan Italia menjadi kontributor utama, membentuk jaringan kolaborasi kuat dengan negara-negara Eropa dan Asia. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan terpadu tentang dimensi psikologis, pedagogis, dan teknologi dari MA, sekaligus menawarkan dasar bagi strategi intervensi yang berfokus pada pengurangan kecemasan dan peningkatan ketahanan belajar matematika. Kajian ini merupakan studi komprehensif yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan SLR dan bibliometrik untuk memperkuat arah penelitian global di bidang pendidikan matematika.
