Representasi Bentuk Kekerasan dan Nilai Persahabatan dalam Film Animasi Une Vie de Chat Karya Alain Gagnol serta Implikasinya pada Mata Kuliah Français des Médias

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguraikan representasi bentuk kekerasan dan nilai persahabatan dalam film animasi Une Vie de Chat karya Alain Gagnol melalui tanda dan makna, serta implikasinya pada mata kuliah Français des Médias. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode dekriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian, yaitu adegan, tuturan, atau situasi dalam film animasi. Sedangkan data sekundernya, yaitu konsep indikator kekerasan Sunarto dalam Cahyani & Aprilia (2022) serta teori psikologi sosial Ahmadi dalam Dachi & Telaumbanua (2022). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu [1] Simak, [2] Observasi, [3] Dokumentasi, dan [4] Studi pustaka. Sementara itu, analisis data isu permasalahan dikaji dan disaji menggunakan model semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce dalam Nöth (1995). Melalui hasil penelitian, ditemukan 23 data dari tanda yang berhasil merepresentasikan empat dari enam bentuk kekerasan, seperti kekerasan fisik, psikologis, finansial, dan fungsional. Makna tanda dalam bentuk kekerasan berhasil diidentifikasi sebanyak 25 data yang didominasi oleh makna indeks. Sedangkan tanda yang berhasil merepresentasikan nilai persahabatan ditemukan sebanyak 20 data dan memenuhi keseluruhan nilai persahabatan dari teori psikologi sosial Ahmadi, seperti nilai toleransi, kepercayaan, kerja sama, dan afeksi. Makna tanda berhasil diidentifikasi sebanyak 23 data yang didominasi oleh makna simbol. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada mata kuliah Français des Médias melalui pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Prancis.
