Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gastrokritik pragmatik sastra pada puisi dalam buku Ensiklopedia Kuliner Rahasia Dapur Bahagia karya Hasta Indriyana yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2017 serta dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian tentang gastrokritik pragmatik sastra yang selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik studi kepustakaan dan teknik simak catat. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang gastrokritik pragmatik sastra pada 10 puisi dalam buku Ensiklopedia Kuliner Rahasia Dapur Bahagia karya Hasta Indriyana yang berjudul Ayam Tangkap, Ngaliwet, Oseng Genjer, Kopi, Wedang Uwuh, Nasi Kuning, Gas 3KG, Di Sebuah Rumah Makan, Tiga Peribahasa Makanan dan Bukan Peribahasa.
