PROSES BERFIKIR ANALITIS SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH ILMU WARIS DITINJAU DARI GAYA KOGNITIF

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peneliti melihat terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi siswa dalam mempelajari ilmu waris, salah satunya adalah penggunaan konsep matematika. Kemampuan berfikir analitis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kognitif yang dimiliki siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses berfikir analitis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah ilmu waris berdasarkan gaya kognitif Field Dependent dan gaya kognitif Field Independent. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan design penelitian studi kasus yang fokus pada pemahaman mendalam dan komprehensif tentang suatu kasus atau masalah dalam konteks nyata. Studi kasus ini menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data seperti tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam kemampuan berpikir analitis antara siswa dengan gaya kognitif FI (Field Independent) dan FD (Field Dependent). Siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif FI menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menyelesaikan masalah, sementara siswa dengan gaya kognitif FD belum mampu menyelesaikan masalah.
