Dinamika Pengelolaan Program Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka Pada Kampus Swasta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan program MBKM untuk mahasiswa serta memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pelaksanaan program MBKM untuk mahasiswa selanjutnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diambil dengan menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD) terhadap 13 orang responden yang dibagi dalam tiga sesi FGD yang berbeda, yaitu sesi FGD bersama 2 orang wakil rektor, sesi FGD bersama 3 orang dekan, dan sesi FGD bersama 8 orang ketua program studi. Data yang diambil kemudian dikodekan untuk mendapatkan tema dan alur cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung pelaksanaan program MBKM bagi mahasiswa adalah adanya inisiatif mahasiswa untuk terlibat, adanya mitra, arahan universitas untuk implementasi OBE yang mendukung MBKM serta dukungan pengelola fakultas dan prodi untuk mekanisme konversi nilai. Faktor penghambat yang diidentifikasi antara lain adalah kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai program, perspektif negatif terhadap program pada sebagian dosen, kurangnya panduan teknis, serta faktor keterbatasan sumber daya. Dari dinamika faktor pendukung dan penghambat dihasilkan beberapa rekomendasi kepada Kemendikbud sebagai regulator dan kepada para pengambil kebijakan di Universitas Paramadina.
