Pengaruh Tunjangan Profesi Guru Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru Madarasa Tsanawiyah Negeri 6 Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunjangan profesi guru terhadap terhadap profesionalisme guru di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri 6 Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto yang melibatkan 127 guru. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sebelum digunakan instrument tersebut dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier sederhana, untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan program SPSS versi 20. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.015 dimana nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari < probabilitas 0,05. Selain itu, juga diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,459 lebih besar dari > nilai t-tabel 1,984. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakuan baik dari segi membandingkan nilai signifikasi (Sig.) dengan probabilitias 0.05 maupun membandingkan nilai t hitung yang diperoleh dengan nilai t tabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh tunjangan profesi guru secara signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 6 Padang.
