PENGARUH PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG SUPERVISE KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU MATEMATIKA TERHADAPAT KINERJA GURU MATEMATIKA SMAN DAN SMKN

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran persepsi guru matematika tentang supervisi kepala sekolah, (2) gambaran motivasi kerja guru matematika, (3) gambaran kinerja guru matematika, (4) pengaruh persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru matematika, (5) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru matematika, dan (6) pengaruh persepsi guru matematika tentang supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMAN dan SMKN di Kabupaten Luwu Utara pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru matematika SMAN dan SMKN di Kabupaten Luwu Utara sebanyak 57 guru yang tersebar dalam 12 SMAN dan 3 SMKN. Mengingat jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, maka penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel (teknik sampling total). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah, kuesioner motivasi kerja guru, dan nilai hasil penilaian kinerja guru oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) deskripsi persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah berada pada kategori sedang, (2) gambaran motivasi kerja guru matematika berada pada kategori sedang, (3) gambaran kinerja guru matematika berdasarkan penilaian kepala sekolah berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap penilaian kinerja guru secara simultan sebesar 48,5%, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi guru tentang supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap penilaian kinerja guru sebesar 32,2%, (6) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap penilaian kinerja guru sebesar 43,7%.
